What Do We Need To Know When You Order A Pump?
Please check the following questions in order to streamline your next pumping job.

Who is the customer?

If ordering a trailer pump, what size pump do you need?
1. How far do we need to reach?
2. Do we need any additional hoses / pipe to reach the pour?
3. If a trailer pump, do you have the correct mix ordered?

If ordering a boom pump, are there any overhead obstructions?
1. Power lines
2. Trees, etc.

Do we have flat place to set the pump and the ready mix truck?
The pump cannot set up if it’s more than three degrees out of level.

Is there an area where the pump and the ready mix trucks can wash out?

Will mud be tracked onto the streets?
If so, we need the customer aware of local penalties against mud on the streets.

We need good directions; street names if possible.

What time do you need the pump?
The pump is usually scheduled 30 minutes before the ready-mix is due to arrive.

As many contact phone numbers we can get.
Just in case there is a problem.

Unexpected traffic, equipment breakdown, etc.
